Refund policy

First Supply sells digital products, including vendor and supplier contact information delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical products under this policy.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after purchase, except in the case of an accidental duplicate charge.

Delivery

Your digital product, vendor link, or supplier information is delivered electronically by email after checkout.

If you do not receive your purchase within 1 hour, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will assist with delivery.

Delivery Issues and Replacements

If:

• You did not receive your digital product

• Your digital link does not work

• The file or access provided is inaccessible

• There was another delivery issue on our end

Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

For eligible delivery issues, First Supply will resend the digital product or provide a working replacement. A refund will only be issued when necessary.

Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, please contact us so we can review and correct the duplicate charge.

What's Not Covered

We do not guarantee income, profit, sales, or results from reselling or from using any vendor or supplier information provided by First Supply.

We are also not responsible for the pricing, products, shipping times, product quality, customer service, policies, or transactions of third-party vendors or suppliers. Any transaction made with a third-party vendor or supplier is between you and that third party.
